Manager - Sales & Marketing

As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Kerala Travels Interserve Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively promoting the company's services in Trivandrum. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in both B2C and B2B segments, converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings, developing strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers, and monitoring sales targets to generate regular performance reports. It will be essential to collaborate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery, manage lead generation and conversion funnel across all channels, supervise the design and distribution of promotional material, and coordinate with digital marketing teams to enhance brand presence on social media platforms. Additionally, you will be required to plan participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and travel fairs, build PR contacts to support visibility in media and industry forums, and stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly. This full-time and permanent role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing. You should be willing to travel up to 75% of the time and work in person at the Trivandrum office.
