Manager - Sales & Marketing (Diagnostics) - Chandigarh

Role & responsibilities

• Leading initiatives to expand the customer base and increase market share within the designated geographic area

• Overseeing sales operations by providing strategic direction and support to achieve sales targets within the healthcare sector.

• Collaborating with healthcare institutions, understanding their unique diagnostic requirements, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs effectively.

• Implementing comprehensive sales strategies, including market segmentation and targeted approaches to maximize revenue generation.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

• Continuously evaluating and adapting sales tactics based on market dynamics, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implementing corrective measures.

• Upholding high standards of customer service and satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of accurate and timely diagnostic solutions in healthcare.

• Staying abreast of advancements in laboratory diagnostics, healthcare regulations, and industry trends to provide informed guidance and maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and enhance overall business success.

• Prepare regular business review dashboards to have a visible impact on revenue

• Develop and manage internal key stakeholder relationships proactively, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.

• Handle any other task or responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager/ Management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream.

• Strong experience in diagnostic sales & marketing preferred.

• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt in a dynamic market environment.

• Prior Team Handling experience is must
