Manager - Sales

Job Description As a part of our team at ixigo, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new agents to the Travel Super Mall b2b platform. Your responsibilities will include retaining existing businesses by fostering personal relationships with our agency partners at all levels to drive our business growth. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities for incremental growth and conduct regular sales visits to provide support, online training, and introduce new products to enhance agency sales. Additionally, you will collaborate with the support department to address any issues promptly and offer market insights and sales reports to the manager on a daily basis. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years" experience in a similar position within the Travel industry. A data-driven mindset with a strong ability to derive business insights from data is essential. We are seeking a candidate who is ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses excellent business communication skills. Proficiency in Business-to-Business negotiations and sales management is a must, along with a proven track record in developing new and existing sales within the region, preferably in an online B2B travel platform or a related domain within the Travel Space. Adaptability to new technologies, products, and procedures is crucial, as well as a willingness to travel regularly for work-related trips. Fluency in both English and the local language is a requirement for this role.,
