Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Sales - Industrial Automation located in Ahmedabad & Vadodara. The Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales operations, developing and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves daily interaction with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The Manager Sales will also analyze market trends, identify potential business opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.

Qualifications

• Basic Knowledge of PLC/ HMI/VFD/ Servo / SCADA System.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales Operations and Sales Management
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the industrial automation sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Electrical / Electronics. Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Willingness to travel as required
