The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the design, engineering, costing and execution of various automation, PCC, MCC panels, coupled with proven ability in commercial activities, vendor management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities1. Technical Design & Engineering Lead the detailed design, engineering, and drafting of diverse automation and electrical panels like automation, PLC, VFD, instrumentation panel, MCC, PCC; control desk, junction box, SITC work. Expertise is required for various panel types, including: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Panels Instrumentation Panels MCC (Motor Control Center) Panels PCC (Power Control Center) Panels Control Desks and Junction Boxes Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL, specific client specifications). 2. Commercial & Costing Management Design accurate and competitive costing for all panel-related projects and proposals. Provide expert technical support for sales inquiries and proposal generation , including scope definition and technical clarifications. Drive sales inquiry generation by supporting business development efforts and maintaining a strong market presence. 3. Supply Chain & Vendor Development Identify, evaluate, and develop a robust network of vendors for specialized components, raw materials, and manufacturing services.
