The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing sales teams, coordinating with technical teams to address customer requirements, preparing sales reports, and representing the company at industry events and meetings. The Sales Manager will also ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for product development. Qualifications Experience in sales strategy development and execution Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Strong relationship-building and client management skills Proficient in sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Technical understanding of Automation & Process Control Instrumentation, Robotics, and Machine Automation is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Willingness to travel as required
