Job Description

Grow and lead a team of highly qualified sales development representatives based in our APAC & EMEA region
Partner with Demand Generation to uplevel current processes for inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting and develop new ones where needed.
Partner with the Global Head of SDRs to create global standards of SDR operation and performance.
Own pipeline goals by working with your team to generate qualified meetings for the Direct sales team.
Realtime coaching for the team on best practices to develop the skills needed to progress their careers within JumpCloud.
Bring enthusiasm and creativity to the team daily, to nurture a winning and collaborative environment.
Monitor SFDC, Outreach and other tools to track activities, ensure SLAs are met, and provide regular updates to sales and marketing leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership, including 2+ years experience managing an SDR team
Familiarity with security or identity and access management industry.
Strong ability to motivate your team and drive results, especially in a remote environment.
Demonstrated ability to use Salesforce and other tools to manage the business and accurately forecast pipeline and meeting generation. Outreach and Gong experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills.
A positive can-do attitude, a passion for helping coach sales people, and a personal investment in your team s success and the success and growth of its individuals.
Bachelor s degree desired but not required.
