Job Description

Require Sales Manager for development of Sales.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments for growth.Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.Establish and monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify trends and areas for optimization.Oversee the entire sales development process, from lead generation and qualification to pipeline management and deal closure.Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales strategies with lead generation campaigns and market positioning.Forecast sales, develop budgets, and ensure efficient resource allocation.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform strategy.
