Job Description

Looking for candidates with experience around 5-7 years.

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in Sales or Business Development within the loyalty rewards, credit card or value-added services industry.

Candidates must have managed partnerships or alliances with financial institutions.

Candidate must on board new travel agents in to the business.

This will be a target oriented job and we seek appropriate candidates who can handle the pressure.

Reporting to the VP-Sales & Director.

Budget would be between 6-8 Lacs per annum including variable incentives.

Looking for an experienced Sales Manager with proven experience in loyalty rewards programs in banks, credit card and debit card networks and non-cash transactions.  Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the card network industry, specifically related to loyalty rewards programs.  Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with card networks and banking companies.  Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.  Stay informed about industry trends and market demand to ensure alignment with customer needs and company offerings.  Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute go-tomarket strategies.  Track and analyse sales data to provide insight into sales performance and areas for improvement.  Has knowledge about the customers and target audience of the product Skills Required:  Experienced sales professional in loyalty & rewards programs with credit card networks.  Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success.  Experience in the loyalty rewards program industry, value-added services or similar field, with a focus on the credit card network industry.  Proven experience in building relationships with key clients and partners.  A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.  Excellent leadership and team management skills.  Strong communication and presentation skills.  Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.  Any Degree/Post Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹461,267.17 - ₹700,000.00 per year
