Job Description Job Title : Manager Safety and Security Job Summary : Responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. This role involves implementing and maintaining safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety within the hospital. Key Responsibilities : : · Conduct regular inspections of hospital premises to identify safety hazards. · Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. : · Develop and implement safety policies and procedures. · Monitor the effectiveness of safety programs and make necessary adjustments. : · Conduct safety training sessions for hospital staff. · Promote awareness of safety protocols and best practices. : · Investigate safety incidents and accidents. · Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions. : · Develop and maintain emergency response plans. · Coordinate and conduct emergency drills. : · Ensure hospital compliance with safety standards and regulations. · Maintain safety records and documentation. · Liaise with local health and safety authorities. · Communicate safety policies and procedures to all hospital personnel.
