As a Manager of Revenue Acceleration & Value Quantification at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in developing frameworks and proof of concepts for new products and solutions to quantify the value of our offerings. Your focus will be on providing data-driven insights that showcase the business impact, thus supporting sales, marketing, and product teams in creating compelling value propositions. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and expertise in financial modeling, pricing strategy, or business value assessments. Your responsibilities will revolve around the following key areas: Value Quantification & POC Development: You will contribute to enhancing AI-driven analytics POC to help internal teams quantify the value of Mastercard's services, facilitating effective communication of service value and enhancing customer engagement. Insight Generation & Reporting: Your role will involve extracting actionable insights from business analytics, offering clear, data-backed recommendations for pre-sales efforts, pricing optimization, and customer engagement. Team Support & Leadership Collaboration: Collaborating with leaders, you will mentor and support a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Revenue Optimization: Drive sustainable revenue growth through identifying revenue opportunities, optimizing pricing strategies, and implementing revenue assurance processes. End-to-End Project Management: Independently lead cross-functional projects engaging with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, and Billing to deliver impactful outcomes. Executive Storytelling: Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - Intellectual Curiosity: A deep eagerness to learn about Mastercard's Services business, technical systems, economic drivers, and billing processes. - Analytical Expertise: Advanced quantitative analysis skills to develop accurate financial models, identify key insights, and drive informed decision-making. - Project Management Excellence: Proven ability to decompose complex projects into actionable steps, prioritize effectively, and execute on time in a fast-paced environment. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience building trust and fostering productive relationships across diverse teams and functions. - Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of financial modeling. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. - Experience: Five or more years of relevant experience in finance, data analytics, or a related field.
