Manager - Research (Finance)

You will play a crucial role in our client's Finance practice by contributing to the development of the function through leadership and research content creation. As the Research Manager, you will be part of the research team focusing on G&A functions and GBS, collaborating closely with functional advisors and researchers. To excel in this role, you must have a strong passion for crafting high-quality content that drives transformation in Finance functions, along with a desire to enhance your business, writing, and analytical skills. With 8 to 13 years of experience in research, analysis, and consulting within the Finance domain, you should possess a foundational understanding of Finance concepts. Your familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud, AI, and analytics and their impact on Finance operations will be essential. You should be adept at producing engaging written communications that offer actionable insights supported by robust analysis and best practices. Clarity, conciseness, and creativity in writing are crucial, as is the ability to generate compelling viewpoints from data analysis. Previous experience in delivering research or consulting services to top-tier clients within the Finance sector is key. Your expertise should extend to developing innovative frameworks and models across various Finance topics. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, along with proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint, are necessary.
