As a Manager - Research in the Department of Knowledge Management based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for the following key roles and responsibilities: - Conducting external research studies such as LifeSkill Assessment for QSP School, Teacher's training assessment for SBS School, and Student's learning level assessment for SBS School. - Conducting internal research studies focusing on students availing tuition/coaching classes in SBS. - Managing internship partnerships and programs, including relationship management with institutions/colleges, on-boarding internship students, and formulating study plans and field work support. - Supporting donation support to NGOs/scholarships as per instructions of trustees by handling documentation and follow-up with all donation partners, coordination, relationship management, and fund release. - Organizing conferences like Convoke by planning events, discussions, brainstorming, vendor management, negotiation, engagement before, during, and after the event, brand building, coordination, program data analysis, management reports, and award coordination. Qualifications Required: - You should have a strong knowledge of Research Methodology. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel, is essential. - Sound analytical skills are required. - Demonstrated high level of planning and execution capabilities. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across all levels.
