Manager-Research

As a Manager - Research in the Knowledge Management department based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for conducting external and internal research studies, assessing life skills and teacher training at schools, evaluating student learning levels, managing internship partnerships, coordinating with institutions, handling donation support to NGOs, organizing conferences, and providing support to the program team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting research studies externally and internally - Assessing life skills at QSP School and conducting teacher training assessments at SBS School - Evaluating student learning levels at SBS School - Managing students availing tuition/coaching classes at SBS - Facilitating internship partnerships and programs - Engaging in relationship management with institutions/colleges - On-boarding internship students and managing formalities - Developing study plans and providing field work/support - Supporting donation support to NGOs/scholarships as per trustees' instructions - Documenting and following up with all donation partners - Coordinating and managing relationships - Releasing funds - Planning and executing conferences - Engaging in event planning, discussions, brainstorming, vendor selection, and negotiation - Managing brand building and coordination during events - Providing support to the program team - Analyzing program data and preparing management reports - Coordinating award ceremonies You should possess a strong knowledge of research methodology, excellent skills in MS Office especially Advanced Excel, sound analytical skills, and high levels of planning and execution capabilities. Moreover, you should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels.
