Manager-Research

As a Manager - Research in the Knowledge Management department based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for the following key roles and responsibilities: - Conducting research studies both externally and internally, including LifeSkill Assessment for QSP School, Teacher's training assessment for SBS School, and Student's learning level assessment for SBS School. - Managing research studies internal to the organization, such as assessing students availing tuition/coaching classes in SBS, internship partnership and program, relationship management and engagement with institutions/colleges, on-boarding internship students, formulating study plans, and field work/support. - Providing donation support to NGOs/scholarships as per instructions of trustees, including documentation and follow-up with all donation partners, co-ordination and relationship management, and fund release. - Organizing conferences and events, including event planning, discussions, brain storming, vendor management, negotiation, engagement before, during and after the event, brand building and co-ordination, support to program team, program data analysis, management reports, and award co-ordination. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong knowledge of Research Methodology. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Advanced Excel. - Sound analytical skills. - High level of planning and execution capabilities. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across all levels.,
