In this role, the Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting HR data using complex analysis of datasets in areas of Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, HR Services and other HR functions by leveraging data and reporting techniques.
Strong aptitude for distilling large amounts of data into a meaningful story is critically important. This position requires understanding of advanced methods to analyze and interpret data from various sources with an outcome to measure success and solve business needs. This position ensures data integrity by implementing quality assurance best practices and appropriate methods to create consistent, repeatable reports
