Regulatory Administrator

Administration, investigation and resolution of daily Transfer Agent, Administrator and Custodian queries as well as managing queries of the AMG Investment Management and Distribution offices.
Work closely with TA, Administrator and Custodian to ensure timely and accurate processing and settlement of transactions in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
Assist with due diligence and management of third parties; Develop and maintain governance oversight over all operational aspects of the funds.
Have a risk management mind-set - monitor and enhance the controls of delegated and outsourced provider activities be involved in client service level reviews, setting up/monitoring KPI/SLAs, reporting on incident review; Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of risk events.
Assist HIFL, HMG and the Conducting Officers in their responsibility for complying with all relevant Regulations, org's Group policies and other regulatory requirements in relation to oversight obligations.

Qualifications - External

7+ years of experience in the Asset Management industry
Must have experience in operations of UCITS Public market/private market i.e. ETF, ICAV, etc. Fund structures.
Experience in operations within AIF fund environment with experience in fee and Invoice recommendation and settlement processes.
Strong understanding of NAV processes and oversight, accounting principles and fund structures.
Basic understanding, verifying daily unit counts, reviewing financial statements, and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
