Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our company, your role will involve achieving assigned targets and objectives related to referral sales, contributing to overall revenue growth and business success. Your main responsibility will be to guide the team in actively seeking potential referral sources such as current clients and satisfied customers to generate leads and referrals. Additionally, you will need to cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to encourage them to provide referrals. This will require maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Update customers about the products or services offered by the company, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to encourage them to refer potential customers. - Clearly explain the referral program details, including any incentives or rewards offered for successful referrals, to motivate potential referral sources to participate. - Maintain accurate records of referrals received, including details of the referral source, contact information for referred prospects, and the status of follow-up activities using SFDC. - Be responsible for closures of all alternate channel leads. - Achieve the channel's revenue and profitability quotas through various initiatives. - Develop a thorough understanding of the product portfolio and customer requirements to pitch suitable products. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales or business development roles. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources. - Proficiency in using SFDC or similar CRM tools. - Understanding of sales processes and techniques. - Knowledge of product portfolio and ability to match customer requirements with suitable products.
