Job Description

[Manager], [Record to Report]!

In this role, independently manages assigned Record to Report activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Expertise in handling RTR / Accounting Teams.

Perform & Review end to end Month end close activities.

Perform & review reconciliation and resolve and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare and analyse Management Reporting with variance analysis.

Review and Post Journal Entries.

Fixed Asset creation, disposal & Depreciation

Act as a point of contact for specific entities/regions.

Process Improvement & Standardization of RTR activities

Mentor and guide analyst on day-to-day activities

Supporting audits by providing Schedules and documentation

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's/master's in finance/Accounting.

Professional qualification (CA/CPA - partly or fully qualified preferred).

Relevant years RTR/GL experience.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Advance MS Excel and ERP Expertise

SAP & Blackline expertise

Strong Technical Accounting Knowledge.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
