We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Manager, Record to Report. If you are an accounting graduate with previous accounting experience and have managed a team of approximately 15 individuals, we encourage you to apply. As part of this role, you will be expected to work within deadlines in a fast-paced business environment, collaborate effectively with your team, and be flexible to work in shifts as needed. Responsibilities: - Oversee all activities related to record to report processes - Lead a large team in the Record to Report domain, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators - Review daily activities of the team, such as Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, and analysis - Manage close timelines and communicate effectively to meet deadlines - Collaborate with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to address issues - Prioritize multiple tasks and partners effectively - Support metrics reporting for key processes - Manage team operations, including hiring, providing structured learning paths, and acting as an operations mentor Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - MBA Finance (With B.Com in Graduation) Preferred Qualifications: - CA Inter degree and relevant work experience in General Ledger - Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead team and client discussions - IT skills in ERP systems (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial) and MS Office - Excellent subject matter expertise in accounting concepts If you believe you possess the necessary qualifications and skills for this role, we welcome your application.
