Job Summary: Quality Manager The Quality Manager at Bondada will oversee all quality assurance and control activities for group supporting the Head of Quality & Safety. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, company specifications, and group company expectations. The Quality Manager will develop QMS documentation, conduct audits, coordinate the quality process rigor across business units, manage inspections, and drive continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures (QMS) to meet company and regulatory standards in industrial, EPC and manufacturing sectors. Conduct inspections, testing, and internal audits to ensure product and process compliance with industry standards. Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality. (e.g., Lean Six Sigma methodologies). Oversee group business segments quality control , ensuring products and other industrial materials meet regulatory and customer standards. Ensure compliance with ISO, group procedures and other regulatory requirements . Maintain and update quality documentation , reports, and records. Review design documents, material specifications, and installation procedures for quality alignment. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, implementing preventive actions. Maintain records of non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause analyses. Prepare quality performance reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Strategically manage resources to optimize quality control in high-priority projects. Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes. Experience in managing a team directly and most of the cases in matrix reporting Well versed with AI tools usage to create documentation, reports and use the tools for productivity Train field teams and subcontractors on quality standards, and best practices. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across projects. Liaise with other quality leads, clients, suppliers, and engineers to resolve quality issues and ensure deliverables meet expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field . 6+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in industrial manufacturing, Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) . Manufacturing or EPC industry experience mandatory Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other industry standards . Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory audits. Proficiency in presentation tools like Power point, Visio and data analysis using Excel and problem-solving methodologies . Communication assertively and to the point to execute actions to move on projects Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement.
