Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Establish and maintain quality standards for products and processes
Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals
Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization
Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes
Analyze data and compile comprehensive reports on quality performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role in forged and casting Machining (CNC/VMC)
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations
