Manager - Pure Veg Restaurant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating and building strong relationships with customers. Your role will involve planning, forecasting, and executing food and beverage orders to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will need to process customer complaints patiently and effectively. It is essential that you adhere to food, health, and safety standards at all times to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. You will also play a crucial role in planning, hiring, training, overseeing, and managing the members of staff to deliver high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and supervising the welcoming of customers and ensuring that their experience is exceptional. We are looking for someone who always strives towards providing the best customer service possible. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. The schedule may include day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. There is also a performance bonus opportunity. Ideally, you should have a total of 10 years of work experience. Candidates who can reliably commute to or are planning to relocate to Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, will be preferred for this role.,
