Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationship with key corporate customers.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments
  • necessary for meeting client needs.
  • Utilize various mediums to engage with customers and provide quick assistance and
  • resolution.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products & service offerings.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure the agreed deliverables are met in timely manner.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Should have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance/ General Insurance
  • products.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Brokers.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Client service.
  • Any Insurance Qualification / certifications will be an added advantage.
