In this role at Prozo, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO to innovate and create cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI, no-code platforms, and voice-driven interfaces. This is an opportunity to redefine product development by exploring new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **AI-Led Product Prototyping & Building:** - Utilize AI and no-code platforms like Emergent, Framer, Bubble, Replit, Builder.ai, Vercel, and Glide to develop functional interfaces and MVPs. - Quickly transform ideas into live prototypes to showcase tangible business value. - **Redesign Product Experiences with AI Thinking:** - Rethink the UI/UX of Prozo's B2B systems such as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and client interfaces using AI-led design generation, natural language workflows, and voice-first product creation. - **Explore VibeCoding and Agentic Product Development:** - Engage in creating futuristic product concepts using VibeCoding, focusing on intent, voice, and flow over traditional syntax. - Experiment with AI agent frameworks like GPTs, MCP models, LangChain to introduce next-gen automation and intelligence into Prozo's tech stack. - **Automation & Internal Tools Development:** - Identify inefficiencies in business workflows and automate them using platforms like Zapier, Make, or custom Python scripts, seamlessly integrating with Prozo's internal systems. - **Continuous Experimentation & Rapid Learning:** - Stay updated on emerging AI ecosystems and implement practical applications. - Stay at the forefront of AI-native design, prototyping, and low-code architecture. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of experience in product, design, technology, or startup environments. - Basic knowledge of front-end (React, HTML/CSS) and back-end (Python, APIs, databases) workflows. - Enthusiasm for AI, VibeCoding, and agentic systems with practical experience using no-code/low-code platforms. - Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, set up environments (Python, VS Code), and independently prototype. - Comfortable working in an unstructured, high-autonomy environment directly with the Founder & CEO. - Possess an experimental, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in ambiguous and fast-paced settings.,
