Manager - Project Management

As a Project Manager located in the R&D department, you will be responsible for planning and delivering development-related projects in alignment with established goals. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams such as regulatory, formulation, BD, analytical, MSTG, QC, QA, and the launch team. Your key responsibilities will include establishing project documentation frameworks and methodologies, managing and maintaining project budgets, monitoring progress, and providing regular project updates. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and managing project issues, risks, and deliverables. Effective interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills will be crucial as you facilitate discussions and drive consensus among all stakeholders. You must be adept at using project management tools like MS Project, CCPM, Gantt charts, and presentations to track progress effectively. In order to bring projects to closure successfully, you will be expected to create end-of-project reports, conduct "Stage gate" meetings, capture lessons learned, and evaluate technical requests from specialists and technical staff. Furthermore, your role will require coordination with cross-functional team members, ensuring timely and transparent communication to achieve the company's shared goals. A sound understanding of basic regulatory requirements in India and project complexities will be essential for your success in this role.,
