This role supports corporate and project financing activities for renewable energy projects in India, including solar, wind, RTC, and hybrid assets. The position involves assisting in fundraising, managing working capital facilities, preparing financial models and information memoranda, coordinating with lenders and rating agencies, and supporting due-diligence, documentation, and compliance processes throughout the financing cycle. The candidate will also contribute to project risk management and provide cross-functional support as needed. Preference is given to individuals with experience in corporate or project finance within the power, renewable, or infrastructure sectors.
