Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Finance Strategy & Execution

Develop and lead the project finance strategy for existing and upcoming projects.
Evaluate project feasibility through detailed financial modelling, IRR/NPV analysis, and scenario planning.

2. Financial Modelling & Analysis

Oversee development of detailed project financial models (DCF, IRR, DSCR, Payback).
Analyse project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Monitor project financial performance post-closure and recommend corrective actions where needed.

3. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, operations) and external consultants (technical advisors, legal counsels).
Communicate financing strategies and updates to executive leadership team.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Review and manage legal and financial documentation.
Oversee regulatory filings and disclosures related to project financing.
