Operate and manage the water and HVAC systems efficiently according to SOP
Maintain the inventory of critical spares and chemicals for the water and HVAC systemsProvide necessary utilities (Raw water, RO water, WFI, Purified water, pure steam, Compressed air, and Nitrogen etc..) to production department or other usersRecord and update all water and HVAC system data as per SOPFollow cGMP and GEP standards in all work activitiesConduct preventive maintenance and qualification activities of water and HVAC systems as per SOPAddress and resolve any breakdowns promptly and in accordance with handling breakdown SOPUpdate and maintain all cGMP documents related to breakdown and preventive maintenance of plant machinery as per SOPReceive and approve spares/materials as per PO and GRNReview and verify all standard operating procedures regularly to meet cGMP requirementsEnsure the safety rules and regulations in the plantPrepare engineering CPEX budgetMonitor and maintain the quality parameter of water system within range as per SOPKeep the water and HVAC system area and equipment clean and tidySanitize the system as per defined SOPHandle schedule manager software
