Gross Salary: Rs.35,000/- to 40,000/- salary negotiable based on

experience, technical knowledge and performance during the interview.

Key skills: Very good knowledge in Electronics Production,Solar products, Experience in SMT line is an added advantage,good communication skills,high grasping power and

great team management skills.

Candidate profile: Computer knowledge is preferred. OS- Windows 98/XP Packages, MS Office

Suite (Excel, PPT etc.), and work experience in ERP is an advantage.

Job Description:

Efficient Production Planning

Drawing up production schedules and draft a timescale for the job.

Run and Monitor the production process.

Knowledge of various technologies and programs in production process

Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure high productivity and minimal downtime.

Oversee the production processes and adjust schedules as needed

Ability to work in a logical and systematic manner

Effective Material Planning

Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM)

Ensuring the production is cost effective

Strong negotiation skills for material procurement within budget and at the right time

Ensuring high levels of Quality standards in the production process

Overseeing the Quality control Practices

Ensuring high product standards

Implement quality-control programs in production departments

Identify training needs

Attention to detail- ensuring high levels of quality to match Industry standards

Strong and Driving Leadership skills

The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the team, managers and clients

The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems

The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines

Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
