Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the Netflix India Creative Team on development goals, slate planning, and production considerations.
Work closely with Production Management, Production Finance, Creative, Business Affairs, and Legal Affairs on schedules, workflows, and operational planning.
Collaborate with Executive Producers, Line Producers, and Showrunners to prepare, evaluate, and optimize show budgets and production schedules.
Review scripts to assess production strategy, feasibility, risk areas, budget requirements, and shooting schedules.
Track and manage production costs with Production Finance, keeping all key stakeholders updated on changes and financial health.
Coordinate with internal teams (Post, Music, Localization) and external teams to finalize schedules and ensure smooth production workflows.
Troubleshoot production issues, communicate changes to timelines, and adjust delivery expectations as needed.
Support external EPs in sourcing and hiring key production staff.
Identify and engage key vendors aligned with creative needs, budget considerations, and location requirements.
Lead and supervise inclusive production staffing and ensure safe working environments in collaboration with Health & Safety and Inclusion teams.
