Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches. Standardize, optimize and track launch processes across product lines for consistency and efficiency. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain quality standards. Establish post-launch evaluation frameworks to assess success metrics and drive continuous improvements. Optimize product offerings by supporting SKU rationalization and mapping efforts. Partner with the GTM team to enable data-driven insights on pricing, investments, and lifecycle decisions. Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key trends and performance indicators. Establish governance frameworks for product and operational processes, ensuring alignment with development standards. Monitor product and engineering quality metrics to drive improvements. Implement risk management protocols to proactively identify and address operational challenges. Partner with product and customer success teams to identify automation opportunities in product workflows. Optimize development pipelines to enable faster, high-quality product releases. Develop real-time monitoring systems for product health, customer feedback, and performance trends. Maintain product health dashboards with real-time insights into performance, customer feedback, and financial data. Act as a subject matter expert for data visualization platforms, ensuring actionable insights for leadership. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in product operations/management, analytics, program management, or related roles in SaaS or technology-driven environments. Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in product portfolio management and enterprise level analytics. Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Ability to implement automation and AI-driven process improvements. Experience with governance frameworks, risk management, and quality assurance. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functions and leadership levels.
