Manager-Product Marketing

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and webinars, to generate leads and drive demand.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to define product positioning, value propositions, and target customer segments.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product messaging documents, case studies, and presentations, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions to the market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the market.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments in the value-based care market. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform product roadmap and marketing strategy.

Preferred Skills

  • Tier 1 MBA in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field. Strong Preference for Tier 1 MBA Grads.
  • Foundational experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare technology or healthcare IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care models, healthcare payment reform, and healthcare industry trends. Alternatively, any experience in US Government oriented GTM will be immensely helpful.
  • Proven track record/ Projects around developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and webinars.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
