Manager, Product Management

As the Manager, Product Management at SOTI located in Gurgaon, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing Product Management team and mentor new and junior Product Managers. You will play a crucial role in defining and overseeing the Android Platform's overall strategy within MobiControl, managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Your responsibilities will include working with various internal and external stakeholders to set product strategy, attending Industry Conferences and Trade Shows, and delivering presentations as required. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an Enterprise Software company. You should have a proven track record of defining and launching excellent products, along with a deep understanding of software development and product life cycle. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to interface with a wide range of customers professionally. Experience in agile software development methodology, an MBA combined with a Computer Science or Engineering degree, and Android Platform experience are all considered advantageous.
