Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ideate and Research new design ideas that could be implemented across luxury residential developments.
Lead out of box concepts and detailing for ultra-luxury high-rise residential and mixed-use projects.
Develop high-impact design presentations, sketches, mood boards, and storytelling frameworks that capture new design ideas.
Collaborate with international consultants, design studios, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design innovation, and excellence.
Conduct research on global luxury design trends, advanced materials, sustainability practices, and cutting-edge design technologies.
Integrate AI tools, design automation, and advanced visualization techniques into the design workflow.
Perform deep-dive explorations into detailing, materials, user experience, and product-level design refinement.

Requirements

Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture.
6-10 years of experience in luxury high-rise residential or global-scale architectural projects.
Demonstrated experience working with international architects, consultants, or global design studios.
Strong conceptual thinking, visualization, and storytelling skills.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of AI/parametric tools (Midjourney, Grasshopper, etc.) is a strong plus.
Research-oriented approach to design with a passion for innovation, materials, and technology integration.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven, global work environment.
