Job Description :
Position is with a FMCG - Food Manufacturing company based out of Bangalore having global presence- Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies- Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness- Price negotiation- Vendor development & management- New product development & developing other cost effective solutions- Forecast price trends for effective procurement & risk mitigation- Perform cost analysis & bench marking- Effective & timely procurement & fulfillment- Defining & Refining SOPs for the function- Strong leadership skillsMandatory Requirements :- Bachelor's Degree- 5 years relevant experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Must know English, Hindi and KannadaPreferable :- Applicants from Indian Institute of Packaging preferred
