Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement procurement strategies in the purchase of capex assets to achieve cost savings and efficiency gains 2. Repair and maintenance of the assets. 3. Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and tenders. 4. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance. 5. Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sourcing plans. 6. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective procurement practices. 7. Manage procurement budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 9. Develop and implement metrics to measure procurement performance. Requirements: 1. Any bachelors is mandatory. MBA will be preferred. 2. 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a managerial role. 3. Proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements. 4. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. 5. Experience with procurement software and systems. Optional Requirements: 1. Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CSCP). 2. Experience in logistics industry.
