Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage private equity fund accounting, including capital calls, distribution calls, and waterfall calculations.
Prepare financial statements, cash flow statements, and perform financial reporting for investors.
Oversee credit fund administration, management fee calculation, performance fee calculation (incentive fees), and hybrid fund accounting.
Ensure compliance with Investran standards and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to fund accounting.

Desired Candidate Profile

12-14 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Chartered Accountancy (CA).
Strong knowledge of Capital Calls, Management Fee, Performance Fee (Incentive Fees), Distribution Call processes.
Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements & Financial Reporting.
