Job Description

As a candidate, you are being offered an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the POS business. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Recruitment of 4 manpower at Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bhuvaneswar, specifically with experience in the POS business and leading POS brokers/insurers. - Developing SME business from partners on a monthly basis. - Handling SME business segments including Health and Motor insurance. - Ensuring renewal retention through regular follow-ups with partners. - Providing various general quotations for Motor and all non-motor products. - Conducting POS portal training for agents and providing guidance. - Resolving agent queries related to commissions and claims. - Visiting agent offices for business meetings and conducting joint calls. - Following up and coordinating with insurance companies for RFQ quotes.
