Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing paid acquisition campaigns across various channels such as social media, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI. You will analyze data to pull insights and inform decisions to boost growth. Your role will involve optimizing campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategies, managing a monthly marketing budget ranging from 10 to 15 lakh, and identifying marketing performance issues through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Additionally, you will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation to deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. Candidates from the D2C & e-commerce category will get an added advantage. - Experience in setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords. - Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data. - Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. - Outstanding presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management skills. - Critical thinker and creative. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
