Job Description

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud. As a part of our Payroll team, you ll help PwC manage and administer timely, accurate, and efficient processing of our payroll operations. You ll help manage the Payroll account ledgers, prepare tax reports and documents, and perform routine internal audits to make sure our system is always compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Correct and real time processing of compensation benefit and efficient query handling Facilitate the processing of Payroll / RFB / Retirement benefits & disbursements Supervise and verify full & final settlement work performed by ADP Monitor SLA compliance related to processing of compensation benefit Ensure efficient query handling and communication Coordinating with actuary for gratuity and leave valuation Ensure on time distribution of Form 16 Manage PF / Gratuity Trust Accounting and Payroll compliances Ensure correct accounting and periodical schedule / MIS preparation Assistance in Internal and Statutory Audits Full and Final Payment and Recovery cases Payroll Process Automation Coordination with HC & ADP Mandatory skill sets Indian Payroll, payroll compliance, Payroll Payroll ERP system knowledge Leverage use of Technology and Automation Sound understanding of payroll process & employee benefits Understanding of income tax structure, TDS & employee benefits Preferred skill sets Payroll, Payroll Services Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to delegate work and manage time to handle seasonality of the work load
