Role Summary and Impact

As part of the

Global Operations Centre (GOC)

, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager - Search who will:
  • Interact effectively with regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia) and be a strong communicator.
  • Support Google Ads, GDN, Bing Ads, Amazon Search campaign launches and setup according to established processes.
  • Ensure ongoing campaign compliance to WPP- GOC established guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and WPP-GOC campaign management software.
  • Produce daily campaign reports, including daily pacing, data inputting and providing commentary to regional Search teams.
  • Line manages 2 5 direct
  • Support in the work QA of junior team members as team grows.

Skills and Experience

  • 4-6 years experience of planning and managing Google Ads/ Search campaigns.
  • Proficient in English.
  • You have experience with SA360 (or other bid management platforms e.g. Marin, Kenshoo)
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and DV360 (a bonus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
  • You can analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
