Manager OR Associate - Learning & Development Behavioural And OD

Role Overview:

We are seeking an L&D professional to design and deliver behavioural and organizational development programs for our retail stores and corporate teams. The role focuses on building capabilities, improving performance, and supporting overall employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Design & Delivery

• Create and conduct behavioural training for store managers, stylists, and corporate teams.
• Facilitate workshops, role-plays, simulations, and e-learning sessions.
• Ensure all training content aligns with company values and CX standards.
  

2. Organizational Development

• Support capability building, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Identify skill gaps through diagnostics and performance data.
• Work with business heads on career paths and high-potential programs.
  

3. Coaching & Skill Development

• Coach store managers and teams on behavioural skills and leadership.
• Implement coaching plans and follow-up sessions.
• Track training impact using NPS, performance scores, and engagement metrics.
  

4. Learning Strategy & Reporting

• Maintain training calendar and dashboards.
• Recommend improvements in tools, methodologies, and digital learning.
• Ensure alignment with CX and business goals.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in behavioural training and OD.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to design engaging learning programs.
• Analytical and comfortable with performance metrics.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of LMS and digital learning tools.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Psychology, OD, or related field.
• 5+ years of L&D or OD experience, preferably in retail or customer-centric industries.
