Job Description

Role: Manager Ops Finance

Work Mode: Hybrid

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (Support Latam Region)

Brief About Role:

Ops Finance

You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

Responsibilities (What would you do)

  • Provide Ops Finance support to the operation teams related to productivity, forecast planning, reporting, and other cost metrics.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
  • Assist in creating presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with Operations Leadership to Identify Cost Management Initiatives and Detailed IT Program Spending and Analysis

Required Skills:

  • CA/MBA/Bachelors degree and experience in finance or a related area
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Budgeting,. Planning, Forecasting, Monthly P&L, cost reduction, Revenue improvement, revenue forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook & MS Power Point
  • General knowledge of financial/operational principles
  • Experience in developing financial reports like P/L, Projected & forecasted financial for new Business centers etc.
  • Good to have BPO pricing experience is a plus.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the economics that drive our business with working knowledge of Accentures operating and economic models.
  • Executive presentation skills with effective communication and business advisory skills
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivated; takes ownership
