Role & responsibilities

The Manager Operations is responsible for overseeing end-to-end PMS operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities, strict compliance with SEBI regulations, efficient stakeholder coordination, and high-quality client servicing.

The role requires strong operational expertise, regulatory knowledge, and leadership capability within a SEBI-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day PMS operations
• Ensure full compliance with SEBI PMS regulations, including regulatory filings, audits, and responses to regulatory queries.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, fund accountants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Handle client operational queries and service requests to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and mitigate operational risks.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in PMS operations within a SEBI-regulated entity is preferred.

Strong understanding of PMS back-office operations, capital markets, and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in relevant financial systems and operational tools.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

NISM Certification in PMS activities is preferred.
