Role & responsibilities The Manager Operations is responsible for overseeing end-to-end PMS operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities, strict compliance with SEBI regulations, efficient stakeholder coordination, and high-quality client servicing. The role requires strong operational expertise, regulatory knowledge, and leadership capability within a SEBI-regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day PMS operations Ensure full compliance with SEBI PMS regulations, including regulatory filings, audits, and responses to regulatory queries. Coordinate with custodians, brokers, fund accountants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. Handle client operational queries and service requests to maintain high client satisfaction. Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and mitigate operational risks. Key Requirements: Proven experience in PMS operations within a SEBI-regulated entity is preferred. Strong understanding of PMS back-office operations, capital markets, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant financial systems and operational tools. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. NISM Certification in PMS activities is preferred.
