Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Manager of Operations and Maintenance. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the maintenance of systems and facilities. The manager will lead teams, manage projects, and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency. Delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations Management, Maintenance, and Project Management
• Proficiency in Team Management, including leading and motivating teams
• Strong skills in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills relevant to operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site industrial environment
