Role & responsibilities

Patient Care: Address patient queries, grievances, and ensure they receive prompt attention and care from hospital staff.
Staff Coordination: Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Crisis Management: Act as the first point of contact for any emergency situations or urgent matters within the hospital.
Resource Management: Ensure that hospital resources, including equipment and supplies, are adequately managed and available for smooth operations.
Compliance: Ensure that all hospital activities comply with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
Operational Supervision: Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure efficient workflow across departments
