Job Description

Develop our company-tailored AI solutions in areas like code completion and code review assistances and improve the functionality and accuracy of AI tools
Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of LLM features and functionalities
To evaluate and support code quality initiatives (Ex: Code Review)
Develop and deliver training sessions on the effective use of AI tools for code reviews and other development processes with standard KPIs to measure.
Mentor and guide development teams on AI Tool Usage practices

SKILLS

10-12 Yrs of overall IT Experience
5-8 yrs of experience in Java programming knowledge
Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices particularly java development frameworks
At least 3+ years of experience in Code Reviewing and coaching
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
Experience with AI tools and machine learning concepts is highly desirable
High proficiency in spoken and written English and very good communication skills
Experience in Teaching and Coaching.1+ years of experience in Java Microservices Framework
