Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager at KONE India, you will play a crucial role in developing KONE's position and customer base in the market. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving proactive engagement and solution selling with different customer segments to demonstrate value over the lifecycle - Developing customer relationships, profitability, loyalty, and satisfaction - Approving and following up customer plans for strategic and core customers in your area - Selecting/appointing team members to manage strategic/core customer relationships - Identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers, potential new targets, and influencers - Promoting and demonstrating the value of KONE's digital offering In addition to customer relationship management, you will also be responsible for: - Planning sales and managing pricing and offering - Developing Regional and Individual Sales Plans for your team - Participating in market and customer analysis to ensure quality sales planning - Managing pricing and offering to drive market pricing and profitability - Balancing order received growth and profitability by managing discounts - Gathering relevant information about competitors and the market from the field - Identifying opportunities for cross-selling all KONE solutions Furthermore, you will be in charge of managing the sales funnel by: - Leading the Sell process, including CRM data quality, opportunity management, and reporting - Ensuring results within orders, contracts, profitability, and market price development - Setting sales targets according to market potential and unit guidelines - Providing direction and focus on the right customers through proper analysis - Driving sales results from your team on short and long term - Advising pricing guidelines for your area and approving tenders and orders above salespersons" limits Your role will also involve leadership and people management, where you will: - Lead the sales team to be proactive with customers, use KONE solution selling methodology, and communicate the value of KONE solutions - Coach team members to achieve better results through constant dialogues and sharing of best practices - Manage the team's performance, ensuring adequate resources to achieve targets - Develop the competencies of the sales team and motivate them to high performance - Ensure a great onboarding experience for new employees and plan for succession within the team KONE is committed to creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where employee engagement is a key focus.
