Manager - Mktg and Proposals

You will be joining a dynamic team as a Proposal Engineer in our Ahmedabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities efficiently. Your primary tasks will include reading and comprehending engineering drawings accurately, understanding and interpreting technical and commercial inquiries, and being familiar with commercial terms and conditions. Additionally, you will perform design calculations based on engineering drawings, take ownership of sales opportunities to drive revenue growth, and prepare and deliver effective sales presentations. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.Tech Mechanical or M.Tech Mechanical degree, with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Freshers with a strong passion for sales and marketing are also encouraged to apply. A presentable and confident personality, basic computer proficiency, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position. You will utilize your skills in sales opportunity management, communication, engineering drawings, technical inquiry understanding, design, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, design calculations, sales, knowledge of commercial terms, interpretation of engineering drawings, presentation skills, Microsoft Excel, and proposal generation. Your ability to effectively document and report using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be crucial in this role.
